This 16HP module comprises four sections phase shifter, audio delay, LFO, and gate delay, making it a supremely versatile sound and signal manipulation tool. The 6-step phase shifter adds texture and movement to your patches, from subtle warbling to chaotic whirling. While the bucket-brigade delay is perfect for dialing in tight, chorus-like slaps or dreamy echoes. The Behringer 172’s LFO outputs triangle and inverted triangle waves and includes a frequency knob for setting the rate it’s perfect for modulating the phase shifter and audio delay. Finally, the gate delay provides a platform for creating flams, drifting, ping-pong delay effects, and off-kilter, glitchy rhythms.
