We are seeking a skilled and passionate Service & Electrical Technician Specialist to join our team at Music Bliss. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical & repair background in electrical systems and a deep understanding of music equipment & audio equipment. You will be responsible for providing expert technical support, troubleshooting, and repairs for our wide range of music instruments, DJ, studio, and pro audio equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in music instruments & audio equipment.
Perform repairs and maintenance on a variety of music equipment, including instruments, amplifiers, mixers, dj controllers, mics, audio processors, etc.
Provide technical support to customers and internal staff.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
Stay updated on the latest technology and industry trends.
Contribute to the development and improvement of repair procedures and processes.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Certificate in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronics repair and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of electrical circuits and components.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
