  1. 2-Year Warranty

  • Music Bliss provides a 2-year warranty on selected Behringer and Midas mixers and stageboxes.

  • The products that are covered by the 2-year warranty are as listed below:

    • Behringer Mixers:

      WING, WING-BK, WING Rack, WING Compact, X32, X32 Rack, X32 Compact, X32 Producer

    • Behringer Stageboxes:

      SD8, SD16, S16, S32

    • MIDAS Mixers:

      M32 Live, M32R Live, M32C

    • MIDAS Stageboxes:

      DL16, DL32

 

1.1) TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The 2-year warranty is exclusive to Music Bliss and should not be confused with a cooperative warranty from any manufacturer. We stand behind the products we sell and want you to be completely confident in your purchase from Music Bliss. Please note that your purchase constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  • This extended warranty campaign applies exclusively to purchases made from Music Bliss Sdn. Bhd. or through authorized dealers and resellers supplied by Music Bliss Sdn. Bhd., effective January 2025.

  • Music Bliss Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to modify or terminate the extended warranty campaign at its sole discretion without prior notice.

  • The extended warranty campaign does not cover wear and tear or consumable parts.

 

1.2) EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

  • This Warranty does not cover any software or firmware, even if packaged or sold with the Product unless expressly provided for in any enclosed software Warranty.

  • This Warranty is void if the Product has been damaged as a result of accident, abuse, misapplication, or modification not authorized by Company.

  • This Warranty shall not apply if the factory-applied Serial Number has been altered or removed from the product.

  • This Warranty does not apply to any damages or defects caused by natural disasters, including but not limited to fire, flood, or other similar events.

  • This Warranty does not cover any product which has undergone repairs, modifications or has been dismantled by any other person other than our technician.

  • This Warranty is not transferable and is redeemable only by the original end-user purchaser.

  • No other person (Distributor, Reseller etc.) shall be entitled to give any Warranty promise on behalf of Company.

 

At Music Bliss, we are committed to providing fair value and exceptional service when you purchase gear from us. Our extended 2-Year Warranty is designed to give you peace of mind, but we also need to ensure that it is not misused or taken advantage of. Therefore, we reserve the right to accept or reject any product submitted for warranty coverage. Additionally, we reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of this warranty at our sole discretion to better serve our customers.
