The Nektar SE49 USB MIDI controller keyboard has all the features you need to start making music with your computer. It is compatible with any MIDI music software, sports a full-size keyboard with velocity, includes all the performance controls you’d expect and even has Nektar DAW control features. Simply plug the supplied USB-cable in and go: Capture your ideas while they are fresh!

SE49 fits my workstation perfectly! the size, the touch and the portability!

It appears to work well without any problems.
It plays on most DAWs without any problems when connected to computer and Bluetooth speaker.
For the price I paid it is well worth the money

First Impressions this looks great. Admittedly It isn't the highest quality build however it isn't cheap feeling either.
Feels great to play and is super easy and quick to register and setup.
The only downside I have found so far is that the actual dimensions are 19x80x 6cm instead of the stated 24x85x10 cm so it isn't as nice of a fit as I had planned it to be but nothing bad enough to make me give this any fewer stars.

I have a 25 key Akai MkII at my desk, and a Novation Impulse 61 in my studio, but managing the octave keys to record drums and even some synths was just becoming too tedious. I wanted a small footprint inexpensive 49 key solution. It was between this and the Korg microKey 49, which was twice as much. I am very happy with this purchase, and who can argue with the price? I like having the dedicated mod and pitch wheels again. It feels good (synth action keys) and fits on my desk just fine. Integration into Studio One was simple as they have an installer with the profile. It is a bit plasticky, as expected for the price, but with reasonable care I'm not worried about it.
