I've wanted to get a new guitar for a while and over time I developed a small list of features that I wanted: single coils, strat shape, thin neck, access to higher frets, ebony fretboard, no floyd rose, 5 way switch, one volume knob, one tone knob, locking tuners. Then I watched a video of Nick Johnston play and realized that his signature fits all of those plus more. The maple neck is super smooth and its the most comfortable neck I've played on. The tones that can come out of this guitar are endless, it's very versatile and sounds fantastic on clean as well as with a bit of crunch, but can also sound great with distortion. And the seafoam green color is gorgeous. Schecter and Nick Johnston made this more than fair for the price and I'm glad I purchased it!
